Introduction

This guide contains the most important information on how punishments are imposed on the VoidCraft forums and how we can properly comply with our behavioral expectations. We will update this guide on a regular basis in accordance with new rules, so keep an eye out for possible new additions.

➜ General Conduct Rules

To keep the server fun for everyone, this rule has been established. We know that behaving yourself is a broad concept. Therefore, below is a list of what is meant by this. Please note that if something is not listed below, it does not mean that it is allowed. If a staff member finds that you are not behaving correctly, you can still be punished.

The following is not allowed:

• Insulting each other
• Using inappropriate language towards each other
• Sending each other inappropriate links/gifs
• Scamming each other
• Sending sexual messages
• Sending racist comments
• Making a statement about religion

➜ Chat & Forum Messages

Behaving yourself in chat is also a broad concept. Therefore, below is a list of what is meant by this. Please note that if something is not listed below, it does not mean that it is allowed. If a staff member finds that you are not behaving, you can still be punished.

The following is not allowed:

• Using excessive capital letters (caps).
• Spamming (sending the same message often or sending messages often in a row).
• Using inappropriate language.
• Speaking in languages other than Dutch or English.
• Sending URLs (links to websites) that fall outside the voidcraft.nl domain.

➜ General Rules

The following is not allowed:

• (Promoting) yourself, including:
  • Discord servers
  • Other Minecraft servers
• Threatening with a Cyber Attack or DDoS attack (even if it's a joke).
• Abusing a bug (server error), when you find a bug, report it to staff. Not reporting a bug is also punishable.
• Pretending to be a staff member.
• Lying to staff members.
• Using a VPN. (This can allow you to access an IP of a banned account. This can get you banned)
• Logging in with an account while one of your other accounts is banned or muted.
• Selling in-game items for real money (even if it's a joke).
• Creating drama (for example, starting negative discussions).
• Sharing private information, even not to staff members. We will never ask you to send, for example, your email or password.

➜ Unmute / Unban

Requesting an unmute / unban:

If you have received a punishment due to violating one of the above rules, you can request an unmute/unban by submitting a support ticket on our discord server. Please note that if your discord account is banned, it is unfortunately not possible to make a request. In this case, you are out of luck. Behave yourself nicely on discord. It is not allowed to have someone else submit a request for you.
